Most importantly, any information that you may agree to provide helps us better understand your financial and insurance needs so we can continue to provide you products and services, and recommendations for products and services that may interest you.  Information that we collect may be shared with insurance carriers for their purposes such as quoting or providing insurance products to you or underwriting policies.

4. What do you Track and Record?

You are not required to provide personal information or reveal your identity to browse our public website, but information may be collected by us if you voluntarily provide it to us.

When visitors access our public pages our web servers log the IP address (the numeric Internet address of a computer). We do not link IP addresses to any personal information. IP address tracking allows us to track a visitor’s session but the visitor remains anonymous. This provides information about parts of the site visited and the length of time spent there. We also record the information your browser provides about browser type and version. We use this information to administer our system and improve the information and services offered on our public website.

Information may also be collected by us when you voluntarily provide it to us.

This website uses Mouseflow: a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features/functionality. Mouseflow may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), referrer, anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar meta data. Mouseflow does not collect any information on pages where it is not installed, nor does it track or collect information outside your web browser.

5. Do you use Cookies? Must I Accept them?

6. What About Email Addresses?

If you choose to provide us your email address, we may use it to contact you about products or services you purchase from us, about our products or services that may interest you, or about your experience with us.  We will not sell, trade, or give your email address to any unaffiliated third party for their own marketing purposes, but we may need to share your email address with a third party service provider who is acting on our behalf to carry out the services that we have described.
